A six generation family tradition... twenty seven years of direct, hands-on, field experience in every aspect, facet, and type of residential construction. This is the heritage and background that is the foundation upon which Jim Henson’s construction company, Henson Construction, was built. Jim started as a laborer where he learned and practiced the basics of construction... he developed and graduated to running crews and providing customer service ... and, as his expertise grew, he progressed to serving as a highly successful Vice President of construction for a major Silicon Valley developer/builder and also worked with several other successful general contractors before starting Henson Construction.

Jim Henson is a ‘hands-on’ construction manager. Jim has personally trained his team to reflect his efficient project management process, serious work ethic, and high standards of construction quality and professionalism. A carefully selected team of proven subcontractors complete the Henson Construction project team.
