Location: Redwood City, CA

This 3 bedroom 1 bath home was completely remodeled in less than three weeks including completely front and back landscaping. When we began working on this project the weeds in the front and back were taller than me. The house had been neglected and needed TLC. The interior remodeled included an all new kitchen consisting of new stainless steel appliances, double stainless sink, new cabinets, granite slab and hardwood flooring. The bathroom was completely redone with new tub, custom double vanity and granite, new tile surround, mirror, lighting and hardwood floor. The rest of the house received refinished hardwood floors, interior doors and hardwood, lighting and custom painting. The garage was dry-walled and painted and including the floor, new windows and cabinets installed.

The exterior, both front and back was completely transformed with new sod, plants, trees and automatic sprinkler system.

Total cost of project: $60,000
