Location: Truckee, CA
Multifamily housing, 92 units, consisting of two and three bedroom apartments, located in Truckee, CA. The standard features included in these units are refrigerators, dishwashers, disposals, microwaves, and ranges with convectional ovens. The units also include hook-ups for washers and dryers. The design includes covered patios or balconies along with concrete pads with tables, benches and barbecues sprinkled throughout the development to ensure lots of outdoor enjoyment. There is also lots of open space to enjoy including a 2,500 square foot playground area for the kids. Five handicap accessible units are also available. This site also includes a Computer Learning Center, laundry facilities, exercise room, office and a community/TV room. Henson Construction built this project as Construction Manager, on time and on budget.
