Multifamily housing, 48 units, consisting of two and three bedroom apartments, located in Mammoth Lakes, CA. The standard features included in these units are refrigerators, dishwashers, disposals, microwaves, and ranges with convectional ovens. The units also include hook-ups for washers and dryers. Future development proposes a 10’ wide bicycle and pedestrian trail that will connect with the Town of Mammoth Lake’s trail system. There is also lots of open space to enjoy including concrete pads with tables, benches and barbecues sprinkled throughout the development to ensure lots of outdoor enjoyment along with a large playground area for the kids. This site also includes a recreation building consisting of an office, maintenance room, laundry room and community meeting/activity center. Henson Construction built this project as Construction Manager, on time and on budget.
